Thank you Amy. That is actually one subject I am interested in as well although I'd forgotten about it until you brought it up. In the future I may try to do some research on this subject. I am mainly interested to find out exactly how "in your hands" the weight gain associated with quitting smoking is; if and when I do do such research, I'll make a post on it. Currently I am personally most concerned (aside from the diseases, of course) about what the smoking is doing (or will do) to the condition of my skin--I know that the weight I will or will not gain from quitting I at least will be able to take off through diet and excercise! ;) Thanks again for your comment--much appreciated.
